Enroll your surfaces (days 1–3)

The solutions engineer logs each AB into the systems it will operate: ERP, carrier TMS, supplier portals, inbox. Each surface is enrolled once using your existing credentials — no API keys, no IT tickets.

ABs go live (days 4–14)

  • Days 4–7: First full cycles — workflows run end-to-end, outcomes logged
  • Days 7–10: First structured reports in Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, or Telegram
  • Days 10–14: First loop closed automatically — exception handled, artifact drafted, approval routed
