How citations work

Every response that references a compliance list, regulation, or data source includes a citation. Ask any AB to expand one in-thread:

Enrollment

Happens on Day 3.

Invite the AB

In Slack: /invite @export-compliance. In Teams: use the Members panel. For WhatsApp and Telegram, your solutions engineer adds the AB during Day 3.

Confirm @mention routing

Test @mention sent by the engineer. You confirm the reply format before sign-off.

Set notification thresholds

Define the conditions that trigger a proactive post. Thresholds can be updated any time by asking the AB directly.
